Kosmont Realty (“KR”) has been retained by the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Hawaiian Gardens (“Successor Agency” or “SA” or “Seller”) as the exclusive representative in the disposition and sale of certain property owned by the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Hawaiian Gardens (“RDA”) pursuant to the requirements contained in the California legislation known as ABx1 26, AB 1484, and SB 107.
