Norco Successor Agency

Kosmont Realty Corporation (“KRC”) was retained by the Successor Agency to the former Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Norco (“Successor Agency” or “SA”) to represent the SA in the marketing, sale, and disposition of a ~1.63 acre vacant commercial property located in the City’s Auto Mall on S Four Wheel Drive, which is adjacent to the Auto Mall Drive and Hamner Avenue intersection in the City of Norco. In connection with the sale of the property, KRC also provided advisory assistance throughout the process to assist the SA with ensuring compliance with the legal and procedural requirements contained in ABx1 26, AB 1484, and SB 107 in connection with the dissolution of the former Norco Community Redevelopment Agency.
