Mr. Andrew Perez is a Managing Director / Agent with Kosmont Real Estate Services, doing business as Kosmont Realty (KR), a real estate brokerage firm. Mr. Perez provides comprehensive real estate advisory and transaction services to public and private sector clients. Mr. Perez primarily serves his clients through real estate valuation services, Surplus Land Act (SLA) advisory, as well as property acquisition and disposition support services.
Prior to joining Kosmont Companies, Mr. Perez served a variety of clients including higher education institutions, K-14 districts, and municipal agencies resulting in over $1.5B in planned or completed projects. His prior experience includes public-private partnership (P3) advisory and developer solicitation (RFQ/RFP) of mixed-use and affordable housing developments while at AECOM.
